Review Detail

The gate issue is still an issue, but not horrible. The CG itself was quiet, well-maintained, and seemed to have several sites availble even though reservations are accepted (most are the new, asphalt sites). Level pads; even the gravel drives are good, and I saw only two sites that still had water-issues, but they weren't terrible. The laundry is clean and prices reasonable, and the showers are adequate. The comissary has an okay selection of organics. THERE IS NOTHING FOR KIDS; no playground, no youth center, not even a vacant lot nearby. But, it made a nice home base to see Joshua Tree Ntl. Park, and go to Six Flags Magic Mtn!
