I gave a higher than average rating for "location" as this is the best choice for a FHU RV site in the area. Of course, you probably have another reason for being in this area, but at least Edwards FamCamp is a good place to stay at. We were on our way to Arizona this time and only spent the night. Another good stop-over. Electric power was excellent! The current rate of $15/night for a FHU site is just right.
