Review Detail

I made a reservation on 1/3/14 and cancelled it the next business day. I was not informed of a cancellation fee at the time I made the reservation but when I called to cancel was told there was a $30 fee for cancelling within two weeks of check in date. When I pointed out that I made the reservation less than two weeks from the check in date and was cancelling the next business day, she asked and received permission to waive the fee. Just submitting this review so others will be aware of this change in policy.
