We stayed in the Scott Famcamp Sept 11 to 14. This camp needs a lot of work, there are no full hook ups and many sites are not paved. One site had had work done on the water hookup due to some one driving off while still connected. The water hookup was reinstalled but no finish work was done on the area that had been torn up for the re-connect. The water hookup was in the middle of a mud bog to access the basements on our couch. The roads to and in the camp are in need of repair. Most of the sites are short so big rigs are limited as to where they can park. Scott is growing and is only about 30 min from St Louis which makes it a great place to visit . With some improvements, sites to accommodate bigger rigs, 50 amp service and sewer hook-ups, this camp ground could be a big asset to the military campground network. It is obvious that the FamCamp is not a high priority to Scott.
