Trying to Contact but Captiva Security blocking me

Tried to send through Contact Us but blocked by no visual and/or no audio to complete the Security Challenge.

I just submitted a review for Weston lake SC but I put it under Foster Creek SC by mistake.
How can I fix this?
If you delete it, I'll rewrite correctly.

Please resubmit your review for the correct campground. I'll remove the incorrect on. Thanks!

If one clicks the "Customer Support" on the US Military Campgrounds installed link, it goes to a 404. If one clicks the Contact Us on the bottom of the 404 page, the contact page to which it points is not Captiva Security enabled.

Where do you see a "Customer Support" option/menu?

I just tested the "Contact Us" option on the bottom of all pages and all is working fine.
