The Park has a mixture of open sites and older shaded sites. We opted for the shade this time. While the Park is well maintained, the Staff make this A+. They organize a variety of activities for the campers. We were there for the (every) Friday AM bike ride and a canoe/kayak trip on the Concord River. Every evening at dusk there is a community camp fire which gave us a chance to meet many fellow campers. We will always stay here when in the area. Note: Although this AFB Famcamp doesn't take reservations (as most don't), they never turn anyone away.
