The park is close to the highway, mostly gravel sites. Has 30 & 50 amp service. The advertised free wifi and cable did not work. When speaking with others neither have worked for sometime. There was a camp host, but he wasn't visible during our stay. I would rate this as a 3 out of 5. It's okay but if they advertise wifi and cable, then they should have it!
Well based on others comments I called first and they said they were full and had no idea when a space would come available. I said don't you have a 30 day max stay especially for DOD employees and she said well we reevaluate the needs on a regular basis and they are short housing so alot of people are being able to stay more than 30 days. I appreciate that being applied to active duty IF NO QUARTERS ARE AVAILABLE. but definitely not for DOD employees.
It must be a good park and a great location from the previous reviews. However we have tried twice in the last month to get in. The 30 day stay policy has an obvious flaw or not enforced. A few RV's have been there a long time. The elderly Lady in the Van from New York has been there for over 4 months. Another example of the unpublished Good Old boy Policy that is alive and well throughout the system. If you're going to have policies to manage a park lets enforce them. Thats why the ICE system was introduced.
