Great location, and for the price of $20 per night, what a great deal. The only real negative, is that the utilities at each site were from the old Mobile home park and are not always on the proper side of the RV, and on some sites they are split on both sides, but overall we had a great time. Pool looks new. There was free cable at each site also. Used the Free WIFI in the rec center. We will be back for sure. Beaches were not crowded at all.
