Office personnel were very friendly and helpful. The gentleman by the name of Miles responds quickly to problems but getting the problem solved properly may be a different story. One camper found the dump at his site to be full or plugged up and drained his black tank onto the ground. Miles came out, looked at the mess and stated he was going to have someone pour something on the waste left on the ground....didn't happen. Another camper decided he/she no longer wanted their dump hose and dragged it (with waste inside) to the dumpster, placing it on the ground in front of the dumpster. When the trash people arrived to empty the dumpster, that's exactly what they did, emptied the dumpster and left the dump hose laying on the ground in front of the dumpster. This campground could really use some maintenance.
