Bath rooms and showers dirty. Trash not emptied. Never cleaned the two weeks we were there. The old RV area is tent camping only now. Laundry room also dirty. Never cleaned. Trash can was full and stayed full. Recommend NOT getting a space in the row facing the bath house. Unless you want to hear the kids banging on the electronic noise maker play station. This located by the bathrooms. If you take space #43 or some of those across from the bath house, you will hear this noise. Also noise from get togethers in, and outside of, the community room located by the bath rooms. No designated handicap spaces. Handicap spaces should be close to the bath house. Location is great. Close to Williamsburg and other things to see/do in the Tide Water area. We ate at the Coast Guard Galley (at USCG base Yorktown) a few times. Meal price has gone up! from three bucks year or so ago to $7.70 per person now.
