We stayed there May 2014 and I asked the mgr. why the grass was not mowed and she replied that the contract for mowing the grass stated it could not be mowed until it reached 18" tall. I told her how unacceptable that was and she said that is the way MWR wrote the contract because it is a secondary land use area. Housing just over the railroad tracks was mowed on a regular basis. Other wise it was a pleasant place to stay.
