Clean, easy to get in/out. Lots of sites, but lots of homesteaders, too. Lots for kids to explore, two playgrounds (one quite far off), but laundry and showers nearby. Only two W/D, though, and the showers are VERY mildewy smelling. My boys said the devils' spawn must be "going" in the men's restroom, because it was BAD! Late at night, I snuck them into the ladies to shower. Some recylcing on base across from commissary, not a good selection of organics at the comm. Nearby airfield but more noise from some train in the distance....
