Friendly staff member, but did not offer any info on rules etc. When asked, he provided all needed info. Never did ofer a receipt. Bath-laundry needs updating, but adequate. Actually had trees on both sides of the trailer, with room left for slide and awning. Dog loved the dog walk, real grass in spots rather then the typical AZ-NM gravel. Summed up, a good experience, and we will be back.
