We have been stopping here since I retired from Hill in 1999. The Park is better than most in out travels. Howard accomodates everyone based on their needs as well as he can. The people who have extended stays are for various reasons, medical, pcs'ing in etc. As previously stated in past reviews some of the sites on the older side of the park require hookups run under a rig and across the patio to be connected. That is not the case. No site in the park requires the sewer line to be run under a rig. People who said they had to were parked in the site backwards. There are a few sites that are nose in that are for Motorhomes. We've seen a lot of rigs facing the wrong way in these sites. Services at Hill have been humhawing around for about 5 years trying to decide whether to improve the Park, add more sites, move to another area on the base and lately talk of even closing it. Howard does wear a lot of hats because of funding. He does very well with what he has to work with. Some of us volunteer to help when we can, and some of us police our areas around out sites regularly. Remember there are a lot of people who complain about everything and do nothing.
