We drove to the Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach on 19 August 2020 and the RV park is indeed closed-we looked it over anyway and it is well maintained each site seems to have a level cement pad. What a mystery that other Navy bases have RV parks that are open and Seal Beach is closed.
