This place is fantastic. It's nice they provide a shed and a carport. It's very clean. Check in is handled between email and phone. Staff were friendly/helpful over the phone. You can't beat the location for Joshua Tree NP. Though it's the worst NP out of the 17 I've been to. I'm sure it'll move up in rank when I get to gateway arch NP...They space out guests when they can which I imagine is most times. There's a dog walk area and a playground with semi alive grass. It's a desert so I won't hold that against them. There's a massive open area nearby where people walk their dogs. No laundromat on site but it is at the gas station nearby, it's a nice one with a couple oversized machines in addition to regular ones. Reviews say it gets busy but It wasn't mid-day on a Sunday. There are permanent residents, and I understand their frustration with yard stuff but it's a slippery slope. I've seen base parks that looked like tweakerville before because of crap laying everywhere (Looking at you Los Alamitos). RV park recommends main gate because of the over hang on Condor gate. I didn't go through it but the overhang is way up there like 20ft plus. I'll be leaving through condor. I'd call in advance, but I don't think there would be an issue and the road they have you take to the park (Argus) is literally the first left after Condor.
