Nice RV Park overall and right off Perdido Bay which makes for good sunsets every night. While the park is off base and the public is allowed to visit, we had no issues of theft or people partying crazy. There is a night gate, and the office gives you a code to come into the park after hours. We stayed on the Battleship Row side which had full hookups, and the sites were spaced nicely. When you come to stay make sure you have a good broom or leaf blower as it's your job to clean the concrete pad. We saw several unoccupied sites and wish the staff would just drive around and use a battery leaf blower to keep sites clean for the incoming guests. There is an older laundry/restroom/shower which has 2 washers and 2 dryers ($1 per load). The women's restroom was closed, and this must be an original building as it could use some work. There is a newer laundry/restroom/shower facility close by with same costs and many newer washers/dryers. Friendly office/campground hosts. My outside security cameras caught a glimpse of several feral cats, and a lone armadillo walk by our picnic table. Exchange/Commissary/Package store 6 miles from the park, a Walmart and Aldi store around 4 miles away. 25 minutes into Pensacola Beach for wonderful sea food, walks on the beach and don't miss going to Fort Pickens to tour around!
