How do I get Access card form 2765.

I am a 100% disabled Viet Nam vet. I would like to use some Military base RV campsites. How do I get this 2765 form? I live north of Pittsburgh, Pa. How do I find the closest base that may have this form if I can't down load it?

Bob...How far North of Pittsburgh do you live?? There use to be an Army Depot in the Pittsburgh area...don't know if it is still there...the National Guard Air Base in Niagara Falls, NY does IDs....and taking the Turnpike east you can also go to Carlisle Barracks, in Carlisle, PA....While you are at it, don't forget to get your National Parks Service Access Card....yours would be free as a 100% DAV.....I'm originally, from McKean County and we, as full-timers, summer in the Gettyburg area....Hope this info helps....

You also might want to check out the Youngstown ARS. It is a pretty big operation.

You should be able to get one issued at the base you choose to camp at as long as you have all the paperwork authorizing issue. Just use that bases PSC.

Why not try Pittsburg Air Force Reserve Base. They have a large flying unit there.
