Most are no hook-ups. But the ones we've been to are usually in scenic locations. Rates are also usually fair.

Yes, I bounced around on that site earlier. It gives lots of info about activities, etc, but I can't find anything that tells about hook-ups... am I just not seeing it??
I often go places with and without HU, but usually want to plan so I don't arrive with no water and full tanks, etc... also, like to know in advance if a site has power etc. Mostly for planning purposes -- some of the best CGs in the nation (like NP and NF) do not ... and I spend lots of time there -- but it is nice to get HU (at least water and power) once in a while just to feel the "culture" again...

The web site above is the right one. You have to keep on exploring it. Here I've taken it all the way to a campground. From here you can click on enter a date and get even more information. We use sites at Lakes HArtwell & Thurmond a lot when here in SC and always have at least Water & Elect.

We are currently at Redman Creek campground Wappapello Mo. Go to the corps lakes website. click on Mo., click on Wappapello lake #14, about half way down the page click on lake, top of page click on recreation, click on camping, read to Redman Creek and click on it. If you read that, you will see that site 102 which We are in now has full hook ups. 20,30,50Amp, water and sewer.
I should add that if you need satellite, you will want the dish on a tripod. The scenery is great, lots of trees, roof mounts most likely won't work. If they allowed homesteading I would be in this site for a long time.
