Shades of Green

I know, This is really not a campground. Find a cheep place to park it for a few days and stay here. This belongs to MWR and almost all of the same rules apply. Everybody enjoys a high end vacation once in awhile.

Great place - we've stayed there a couple times, and it's expecially great if you got young kids or grandkids with you.

Or, maybe even if you have been slow growing up yourself.

The Disney campground cost even more than SoG, as I recall it.

Our issue with the shades of green was the long wait to get a room. We had to make our reservations far (months) in advance. Is this still the case? Where did you store your RV, and how much did it cost? We did have a wonderful time though, and it was VERY convenient.

We just took a break from camping, and we had a small unit (camping van - and tents), so just parked in the regular parking lot and took buses around Disney.

We had no reservation, just walked in and asked. And they had a two-day cancellation the same day - just lucky. It was about $50 a day then, but more than ten years ago - we've been back to Disney since, but not at SoG ...

Shades of Green,heading there this week-in.From there web site everything looks great.Will send in feedback after visit.

Will be at Shades of Green from the 18th to the 21st this month. Will give thoughts when I return
