Alaska Bound Summer 2010

Alaska bound summer 2010. Leaving Colorado Springs July 7 and returning o/a Sep 10. Route basically north thru WY, MT, past Calgary, Edmunton, Dawson Creek, White Horse, a week in Haines, then on to Kenai Peninsula. I have a detailed itinerary if interested in tag along. A leisurely pace as there is lots to see and do!! If interested contact us.

Wish we could team up and go. :S But not this year. Eventually, we WILL make the trip to the upper state! :woohoo:

L- keep us informed as you progress. Dinner in Palmer, Ak. is at our house. I'll let you know the campgrds to avoid, but it's almost req to have reservations anyway. Wish my subdivision yard was big enuff for your motorhome. I'll ck w/ my church & see if the city will sqwauk if you dry camp there. We're on the only rd into Anch, so you can't miss us.

The American Legion in Palmer has a couple electric only parking spaces for members. Really nice people. Small lake in the back and a canoe they will let you use if they like you.

Just wondering how this trip went - we drove the truck up that route, although it was in the winter - eager to hear your thoughts and see your photos!
