Definitely follow the published instructions. GPS took us to a closed gate entrance off Day Rd. The camp office is closed, so you need advanced reservation with an assigned spot. This Famcamp provides FHU level concrete pads and not much else. Didn't try the bath house or laundry facilities. Great place for an overnight stop ($30) unless you have a need to stay longer. The current directions going n/b on I25 from I80 do not work. Gate 2 entry is closed. Looks to be undergoing reconstruction. Go to exit 12, Central Ave. & turn west. Enter through Gate 5 and continue west. Central Ave gradually bends to the south and becomes Missile Dr. After crossing railroad tracks watch for a dirt/gravel road on the left after a slight descent.
