One of the two bathroom/laundry houses was down but it didn't create any problems for our stay. We were only planning for a few days but due to some extenuating circumstances, we stayed our whole trip at FamCamp. The location is so convenient with the Commissary & Exchange nearby which also has a food court plus gas station a bit farther down the road. Great access to the bike trails which go all over JBER.
