They have placed barriers at the Main Gate and all RV’s must enter the Commercial Gate (Tye Gate) on the North side of the base. Coordinates N32.43871/W099.84536.

Just visited today to check Lat/Longs and find out if we want to make it a destination. Friendly and helpful campground host explained the local attractions. Nice BX and Commissary. We'll make Holloman a future destination.

An excellent park, convenient to good restaurants and lots of things to do. Large PX and Commissary well stocked. Pay attention to traffic signs on highway 54. If you happen to be in the wrong lane can lead you astray. I try to stay here whenever traveling I-10. New FHU sites due in FY2008 much needed as this park is becoming more popular.

Everything is brand new and is looking great. I rated location, value and overall experience as average only because I didn't stay here, just stopped in to look it over and check the GPS coordinates. I'm not familiar with the area.

Each campsite has FREE instant on local telephone and DSL broadband connections. There are 24 50A and 37 30A electrical connections for a total of 61 total FHU blacktop campsites. There are several sites that are limited to RV's 29 foot or shorter. Office is open 24 hours a day. Las Posas Road gate is only open M-F from 0530-1730.
