Had Truck problems in Virginia on the day before (Sunday) our scheduled reservation. Sent an email to Richard.Hahn@navy.mil last night, and called at 0730 to cancel my reservation. I gave all my info and then was greeted by "your $18 is not refundable". I asked about the refund policy which I could not find on the online info, and was told that a cancellation was required 30 days in advance.????? Now that is NOT very friendly,...
