We arrived on 8/9 and on way in saw a vacant site. At check in the person said they only had W/E and I told her about the site. 1st she said she hadn't checked them yet then she said she just gave it out so I took a W/E site. When hooking up I noticed the 50 Amp plug was upside-down. We checked the bathhouse and the men's shower were discussing. No one has cleaned the stalls with...
Because of Hurricane Michael we could not use the CG. They charged my card and after it was canceled were suppose to credit the card but never did. This as been a problem with them since the 16th of Sept. I only get lip service.
We spent the winter at NAS and the Office Staff, Tom, and the 2 Park Host, Mike and Rex, do a wonderful job. They are there to help and please and do. We have always had a great time at this park. My only complaint is with other RVrs who don't pickup after their dogs.
The Park is very well maintained and the hosts do a great job. We put the mailing address into our GPS and it brought us almost to the gate. Great Commissary and BX. No Diesel, which is disappointing, because the closet is Pilot and if you know Pilot $$$. I did find Sinclair and a lot less. Clubs have good food and reasonable. The Strip is close but construction on 15 is big and expect delays. Vegas has great...
Very nice Park. Staff is very accommodating.
Parks earn their reputation on great hosts. The JB Park has great hosts and the park reflects it. These people do a great job and always checking to see if all is Ok. Thanks for making the park and our stay great.
The Camp Host do a wonderful job. They are very proactive and concerned with the beauty and quality of the park. Great Job!
We stayed at Ellsworth this past September for a week and toured Rushmore. The RV Park was nice but the Camp Host lacked experience in keeping the Park clean and informing guest of issues. One night the power was out and did not find out until we woke the next morning. The Host never bothered to inform the guest of the planned power outage. When I questioned them they said they had a sign at the office on the...
After I wrote this critical review, Steve the Asst Park Mgr, visited me to apologize and explain some problems and the fix he is instituting. Steve was a very genuine person and he will do a great job fixing all the problems he has encountered as the new Mgr. If any of you have encountered problems and this RV park Steve will fix it and I will give them another change. The balance of our stay was wonderful and you...
If I had any complaints, it would be the city roads. Plan on them being very very very rough. The base is beautiful and the park really nice. WiFi is great and we toured NO but we took the Ferry and that was a great way to go. $1 each way and parking $5. Took the trolley and you get unlimited on/off for $3. Bourbon street was very disappointion because of the awful smell but French Qurther interestion and historic....
My wife and I spend 3 days (3 to many) at Annapolis RV camp and the Base commander should be ashamed of himself for this park. This base is a primer base and the RV park was discussing. Bathhouse dirty and sites were in awful conditions. This is a reflection of POOR leadership. The park was named after a Heroic Sailor named Retelle and they can’t even keep his marker in good condition. The people who manage it can’t even...
If you don't know Shaw AFB then the RV park is very had to find. No signs to the park and and no sign in front of the park. Also, the park is not known as Falcon Nest but FamCamp so the gate MP had to ask and then directed us to where he thought it was. After passing it once, we u-turned and then found it. The park is very clean but the sewer is at the front of...
