Whoever did the previous review has to understand that this is a recreational campground and not a trailer park. There should be a length stay of about 6 months and then you are gone unless you stay for the money as this continues to make money. The Hosts are very nice and helpful. The new FAMCAMP site plans (saw and read them this AM) show 75 sites on the plan with 48 sites wired. 27 sites held back. 36 slabs are poured. Could not determine if they are pull throughs or back in sites as the roads where not shown on the plans I saw. Restrooms, washer/dryers are wired. Does not show an office facility...oh well, maybe we'll have a camp host. Can only hope for a June 1st...
