This was my second time at Gila Bend. The staff was very friendly. My first visit was in the heat of the summer, only two RV were there. The temp was 117. This visit there were a number of "snowbirds" there. Very friendly group. The camp is a basic very basic, but at 10 bucks a night, it had everything I needed. Free Laundry. The electrical upgrades, completed since my first visit, were very nicely done....
Very clean well maintained. The staff was very friendly. Very disappointed in the WiFi, or lack of, You are allowed one device for free. I was told the service was slow but could and an additional device or upgrade for a fee. Fact is I was never able to get a single devise to work after a number of calls to the "Trouble-desk" at the number provided. This could be one of the best...
Great site with a number of spaces that have nice shade trees. Very clean and well maintained. It is a bit disappointing that they don't have WiFi. I found it a bit difficult to move/drive about the base due to many road closures. It is a park that I would return to when in the area.
Very nice RV camp.. very clean. I checked in after hours, I found the camp host to be very friendly and helpful. The park was very clean. The office staff was also friendly. I only stayed one night as I was "on a mission" to get to Fort Sam Houston. Only item worth noting is it is very close to the freeway and there is constant noise from the cars and trucks, not all that...
Always one of my favorites. Friendly staff. Clean and well maintained. Wifi leaves a bit to be desired. But I am told they might be upgrading it in the near future.
Arrived on the weekend. Was unable to locate the host or anyone on the staff to get the numbers/code for the restroom and laundry. I was finally able to get the info I needed from long time guests. Very friendly guests. Interestingly enough because the laundromat is free it seems that other people from outside the camp site know the access code as a number of cars drive up to the laundry and use the free facility. ...
Very well maintained. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hosts, Jon and Sue, are extremely friendly, professional, and very helpful. I extended my stay for an additional two days, and will be back.
