Tried calling all day, no answer, showed up and took a partial hook up, FHU all taken. Stayed 2 nights, no host or FamCamp employee around. Called a couple days later to pay by credit card, told all sites now are 25 dollars a night. This page needs to be updated. Wifi was poor to non existence. Large Exchange and Commissary. 

Can't add much more than what jmccombs says about the place. Found it difficult to find the check in spot, signs were spotty especially from main gate. Walked around base, nice historic district, museum and large exchange. Commissary off base, hit it on the way out, nice early bird opening of 0700. The water drainage surrounding rv site is slow and the area was mucky, the view makes up for it's shortcomings.

Nice campground, paved pads, full hookups, friendly staff. Clean and up to date bathhouse/restrooms. Walked around base which is open to the public with a small waterfront area for fishing. No ID check. Didn't bother checking out any other amenities since it was a one night stay. Little pricier than most other military facilities but still less than a KOA.

Visited the campground for an overnight stop over. It had rained days prior to getting here, the ground was very soft and wet but the pads are raised on pea gravel, hard and level. Had 5 bars of 4G on AT&T network. Not much more to say that already been said, except it can get very cold at night in the winter here, 25 degrees overnight. Glad I was still winterized, no restroom facility in campground.
