The club at the Famcamp has reopened on a limited basis, Boomers has reopened on a limited basis. All the other facilities are no longer part of the club and there are no memberships. This is a very good facility, which could be great with a policy change. Since stays up to 6 months are allowed, from October to April it's not a campground, it's a home for snowbirds. To make a "reservation" a $100 deposit is required. We called on 13 November 2013, but did not have a confirmed reservation until a month before we left home.
