This has GOT to be the crown jewel of the military RV park system. On a bluff, above the ocean, nice breeze, with beautiful views. Ask for ocean front and then pull into your space. We were able to have the spectacular view for 10 days by running our utilities under the RV. Site office was manned by super friendly folks. This is a good FAMCAMP. Big rig friendly, clean, utilities all work. It is first-come, first served but the park average around 50-75% occupancy while we where there. You can go there directly and register (and pay) onsite via a dropbox. Nice commissary and BX within 5 minutes, as well as bowling and other amenities. This is an OK military campground which could so be so much better with just a bit of command attention from the Outdoor Rec Office and/or the Base CDR. First, the first come -- first served site selection. You have 12' Minnie Winnie's parked in the largest pull through sites and 40+ Class A's squeezed into tight back ins.
