We enjoyed our stay at this Famcamp. However, we had to spend the first night at a local campground, Rough Rider campground. Minot no longer permits overflow camping in the commissary parking lot. I reviewed this CG before and it was a good review. An update is that now they have WiFi, in fact, I am posting this review from our campsite. They also have cable for TV and the grass did not need cutting this time. All in all, a very nice campground.

We only stayed one night but we really enjoyed our stay. Gene and Vicky were the hosts and they are very friendly and helpful. The GC is tucked away in a grove of mature trees offering lots of shade. Sites were large and easy to get into. There was a total lack of mosquitoes during our stay and I was surprised about that. The grass is kept mowed and the facilities are very clean....

We had a very pleasant stay at this CG. The only mark down in rating was because the grass needed cutting pretty badly. Otherwise, the facilities were clean and well maintained. Check-in isn't right in the campground area but it's easy to find at MWR. The guy at MWR was helpful and very nice. There were not many campers there which was a plus if you want peace and quiet. We enjoyed our stay at Pine View. One of the things we enjoyed most was the bugle calls that sound throughout the day. It is a quaint tradition and it was nice to be reminded of when to honor the flag and other reasons for the calls. I guess they stopped them one year because civilians complained but they are back. I rated the campground low for value because it is open to the public. ...
