We stayed here on our trip back to Yuma for some warmer weather. Great location and close to all the sights along Beach Blvd; many great restaurants to visit. Darwell's and Shaggy's are my favorites for great seafood! The only drawback on this trip was there were no working dryers in the laundry room (rv park by the main gate.) In talking with several folks here it has been several weeks now, and they are still waiting for the new dryers to arrive. There are 3 new washers although and we just used the washers/dryers in the RV park which is in the back portion of the base. $2.00 to wash, $1.00 to start the dryers but will need at least $2.00 to dry all the clothes. Great fuel prices on base and good access to full size Class A motorhomes.
