Stopped at KAFB on our way to Santa Fe from White Sands. We stayed in the newer area with wide open pull-thrus, spot 78. Ms. Janet and Mr. Javier were very accommodating and friendly. Facilities were all clean and in good repair. No trees out there in the newer area, so a bit windy. Further utilized their RV storage area for the next 4 months. Make sure you follow the driving directions to get on base with your rig and come in the Truman gate, other gates are not forgiving in their turns.
