Midway between Baltimore and Washington DC is Camp Meade RV Park located on Fort Meade, Maryland. Just a few miles east of Interstate 95 this park is conveniently located between two of the best tourist cities in the United States.
The 50 full service (E (11-V/20/30/50A)/S/W/CATV hookups), hardstand sites are 60 feet deep giving plenty of room for the largest rigs and vehicles. Most of the sites are pull-thrus. Each has an ample pad to pitch a tent or dining canopy. Additionally, there are several cabins with adjacent RV sites for larger traveling parties. All laid out along a winding tree lined road that provides adequate shade from the summer sun.
The office also serves as a camp store, outdoor rental, and convenience store, with a propane station and meeting rooms. The centrally located laundry building features ten washers and dryers, a lounge and game room, internet ports, and private showers. Nearby is a huge playground, ball fields, bowling center, exchange and commissary. The rates are from $25 to $30 per day depending on season and length of stay.
