I made reservations and had to cancel a week in advance due to an emergency. I was told I lost $25 ( one night ) due to their cancellation policy, I have been staying at FamCamp's for 10 years and I've never lost a deposit due to an emergency cancellation, most FamCamp's will just hold a credit card and not charge it until you arrive, they charged all three nights on the card before I arrived. I don't agree with their policies but I had no recourse.
