This is the most expensive Fam Camp we have stayed at outside of California. The site operations is very lacking! No one answers the phone or returns calls, They say they have WiFi but no info on how to log in. No one at the Fam Camp to meet us when we arrived. The address on the web page is incorrect. They are supposed to be open 9-5 on Saturday, been calling since 1500 hrs with no answer or call back. No directions or signs to the Camp. No base maps available! Very poor customer service. One of the worst run operations in the Air Force! Please have your commanding Officer call me! J. R. Fazio, Jr MSGT Retired
