While first-come, first-serve, this campground still had over nine empty sites with fire ring, picnic table and grill. There is a herringbone-pattern sites near the MWR campground office with lots of shade. This section has the bathrooms and common areas. There are some sites that are designated for limited 14-day stays. There are also sites 30-36 called Lookout Beach, up the road from the main camp area, which are much nicer, but without tree cover. Those sites are back-in on the short 300 yard road down to the lake shore. Starlink registered 22Mbps down/10Mbps up; while T-Moble coverage was 280Mbps down/8.5Mbps up. Over the 25 over-the-air TV channels including MBC, CBS, ABC, NPR, TBS and FOX, with shopping/religious/Spanish language channels. Walking trails throughout the area into pine tree'd woods.
