This RV site is located at the Desseret Chemical Depot, a US Army facility in Tooele county, Utah. Four (4) full-hookups (30/50amp) with covered picnic table and sunshade screen. One site has a great tree overhanging the site, farthest from the Reservoir/entrance. Bathrooms between RV sites and Reservoir. There are four (4) dry camping sites, but vehicle access is blocked so one must carry in tents and such. Those dry sites also have sun-screened picnic tables at each of the four tent areas. As for the Desseret Reservoir, the small body of water has two wooden docks and a cement ramp that has handicap parking and accessibility. Several pavilions with picnic tables surround the reservoir and provide the only shade in the desert surroundings. Handicap parking is at the edge of the reservoir, otherwise parking is up at the entrance near the bathrooms. The fantastic restrooms are actually stocked with toilet paper, soap and paper towels. Next to the restrooms is a two position fish-cleaning station. When we arrived, there was no answer to the phonecall to the outdoor recreation center over at the Desseret Chemical Depot, US Army facility. We parked as all full hookup sites were empty. When backed into the full hookup site, the RV would sit at a SW to NE orientation (front/driver's end to rear/backside). This means that the passenger side will be likely in the shade throughout the day. YMMV.
