fulltime RV home base residency

I am confused looking at all the websites how do I establish a home base state, and what is a good mail system for adress?

We have used St. Brendan's for nearly 9 years and they are excellent. They will lead you through the process of establishing a FL residence (no State income tax), getting a FL license, re-tagging vehicles, etc. Call them for advice...

Escapees RV Club has all the answers. They cater primarily to the fulltiming RV'er. They are based in Texas.

They have a brochure "How to Become a Texan" that is written for RV'ers wanting to make Texas their legal domicile. www.escapees.com

I HIGHLY recommend them. We've been a member for over 12 years and are (paper) Texans. They have a HUGE mail forwarding service that has worked out great for us. So large, they have their own zip code.

They have MUCH more to offer and support the fulltiming RV'er.
