Blocked outside US?

I am currently serving in Afghanistan, and the site is blocked/not accessible from my commercial provider, but I can get to it on my "government" machine. Do you have any idea why that is?

Yes - Access to the website is purposely blocked from outside of Northern America. Your DOD machine is using satellite via a USA IP address.

We spend the winter (1 Nov to 30 Mar) in La Penita Mexico and for part of last season it worked just fine, and then about the middle of January all I got was an "ERROR 403" or some number close. Finally emailed Larry and got that it is blocked outside the US.

Larry probably has it blocked to avoid those spammers we were getting on here a while back.

Thanks Larry! That's what I figured.
I will have to wait to download the software, and make a donation until I get home. -- can't do either of them from Gov't computer. I have one more try thru the free(but slooooooooooowwwwwwwwwww)Morale AF WIFI which probably uses a US IP address also.
