The toilet in my 2014 Fleetwood Southwind overflowed. I cannot figure out how it happened. We had drained the black and gray tanks and filled the fresh water tank prior to pulling out. Stopped for a rest a few hours later and discovered the toilet had overflowed. The water pump was on. The only thing I can figure is that either the flush valve was stuck open or the pump did not shut off. I have not been able to reproduce the problem. Any thoughts?
