Login Issue

Hi Larry. I am having problems signing into the software, it says that I am expired, but I have an email dated 6/18/22 that thanks me for renewing. I have entered the Name and Code exactly as given to me, but it says I am expired. I have signed into the website OK but when I go to contact you with the Contact Us button, I get several errors with that.

Can you help me get signed into the software?
