Larry -- One thing I've noticed lately is the "loading" of the site stops after I click on the home page to open the site -- when I go to it in my "favorites" or simply click the "history" button ... the site stops in the middle of loading, then goes blank ... if I wait twenty seconds or so, it then goes to the forum entry page. Sometimes, I have to click somewhere on the blank page itself, and then it loads to the forum page.
I have "cleaned" my system (I do that weekly) ... so it's not something in the memory ...
It's almost like a "delayed reaction" to my mouse click ... don't know how better to explain this, but if you ask me specifics, I'll try to tell you ...
