The ICE link you have referenced (
ice.disa.mil/
) is the most up to date link to use when searching for DoD commands that participate in the program. Larry has probably used this same link to tailor his references in the campgrounds section. In other words, he has taken all the work out of finding the comment cards. I personally think ICE is a good and useful system. Only time will tell if it will be any more successful than the older “open line to the Commanding Officer” was.

Click on the link - Click on Army - Click on Fort Bliss - Click on recreation - Click on the RV Park and you will finally have the comment sheet. Remember, this is feedback. So use the system. Good and bad feedback can help a program become better. In fact managers might be more prone to accessing the feedback if they get some warm fuzzies every now and then.
