These rates for Active and Retirees / DOD slightly more.

Daily fee $23.00 / Monthly $600.00
Beach view Sites 46-51 $ 27.00 per day
Full hook up and Cable.

Jackson Court - Overflow
Daily fee $19.00 / Monthly $475.00
Full hook-up / not all have cable but you pay the same as if you did.

Wi-Fi at Oak grove $21.95 per month / No Wi-fi at Jackson Court
Washers and Dryers .50 / .25
Washing of RV permitted with plain water no soap.

we used to live in housing in the oolllld duplexes of jackson court area back in the 80's not the mobile part that is now the rv park, sure did have lots of shade trees and nice breezes
