Lackland AFB FamCamp

Checked in to Lackland AFB FamCamp today...



Nice facility, all amenities, great price. Lot's to do on base and off. Will visit grands and great grandson tomorrow and the River Walk the next day. Staying for a week, so we'll get in plenty of camping and fun before moving on to New Mexico and Arizona.

Driving in was easy. No inspection. Camp office was closed (1530 hours), but registration cards were available so backed into a nice spot, filled out card and left at office. Will stop by and pay in morning.

Thanks for the info. If you've got time, you might want to go to the "Facility Info" section and write a review. Whenever I'm visiting a new campground I always read the reviews before I get there and ususally before I make a reservation. Enjoy Lackland.
