We are looking to arrive in Key West about December 1st. Can anyone give me an idea as to how full the park will be then? Thanks.

I didn't answer earlier because my info is about 3 years old. Our experience then was that there was less than a week in dry camping...I think 2 or 3 days. But, this may not be relevant these days. Enjoy!

Sigsbee has a very nice, comfortable overflow area. If your lucky they have a few sites there with hookups but plan to not have hookups. Water and dump available . Clean bath/showers and laundry room also. Depending on how long you plan to stay the overflow is great so long as you are prepared to dry camp for that amount of time. We stayed there 4 days last winter and enjoyed it. If you are looking to stay awhile you may rotate into the full hookup sites. We didn't plan more than a few days ourselves and were fully satisfied with the overflow.

This will be year number two down there for us and shouldn't be too many days behind you. Never a dull moment. Should start to get into the rotation around Christmas and continue for a few months. It isn't bad but I have seen some folks really show up uninformed. They weren't happy at all...but some people are never happy anyway.
See you there!

There are about 90 folks on the wait list right now and we spent 8 days in dry camp before moving into FHU today. Have a plan for internet in your trailer, the wifi provided for a cost is terrible. If you are used to dial-up speeds, you'll be fine.
