KARS

I would like to see the KARS campground added to the Florida section of the Recreation Facility Info. As it is now unless you search through the News section, you won't find any information on it. Unless I missed it somewhere.

I also read on this site that "since it is not 'operated' by the military it isn't included in the listing." I would simply request a change in policy with the addition of some form of warning banner stating that this facility isn't operated by the military. Maybe the addition of a third color for your mapping points?

How many of these facilities are out there that aren't represented on the facility listing?

As I frequently plan my trips using the map interface, I always forget that there is another alternative to Patrick in that central/east coast Florida area.

Thanks for the suggestion, but this is website is strictly for Recreation Facilities operated by the US Military and DOD. Being operated by NASA, KARS Park doesn't fit into this category.

Just an idea that has worked for me when I want to be reminded of something is use your FAVORITES; you probably have the U.S. Military Campgrounds in your favorites and as reminder put KARS that has a website in your favorites right above or below the U.S. Military Campgrounds so you see it when you go into this website.
