Key West Sigsbee

We are looking at getting to Sigsbee between Christmas and New Years this year. Can anyone tell me the length of time we can expect to be in dry camp before getting into the RV park. Thank-you.

Turnaround time from Dry Camping to Full Hookups depends on the number of rigs in the CG at the time. You will be there at the height of the season. Two yrs ago we waited abt 6 weeks between turn arounds during this same time frame.

We just left Sigsbee 20 Oct. Sigsbee isn't full yet, however the gossip said that the winter rush is on starting "end of October". The official word is you can only have a full hookup for 2 weeks. The rest of the discussion is that You can stay in a full hookup as long as no one else wants it. Once full hookups are full, they will go by a "first in - first out" roatation to dry camping as new arrivals come. If the full hookups are full then off to dry camp with a "first in - first to full hookups" rotation.

Lots of gossip down there, although they really could have used a lawn mower a bit more around where we were for 2 weeks

We plan to meet friends there mid-December. Two weeks in FHU is normal rotation, then back to dry camping, ten to fourteen days drycamping is normal. As Sizzors said at height of capacity 6 weeks is possible.
